Q1: Who can take part in the 2012 PIP Awards?
A:
Any team at an operational level in a business in which Jardines has a significant interest is eligible to take part. The aim is to recognize teams within the Group who have achieved outstanding performances.

A:
No. It is up to the operating group CEO to determine the number of submissions and which submission should be entered. All submissions will require endorsement from your unit head and group CEO.
Q3: Does the written submission need to include information about the Five Elements?
A:

It is not mandatory. If you feel that it is relevant to your entry and that it would be helpful for the judges to understand more about your business case, you could highlight what you have achieved in these areas.

Q4: Is it mandatory to include details of the sustainability of the business in the written submission?
A:

No. Only if you feel that it is relevant and that there are measurable benefits gained.

A:

No. Each entry can be submitted only once and in only one award category.

Q6: Should our project/initiative have been completed last year?
