Any team at an operational level of a business in which Jardines has a significant interest is eligible to take part.

The aim of the PIP Awards is to recognize teams within the Group who have achieved breakthrough performances.

Teams of all sizes are encouraged to enter.

Examples may include a team overseeing the operation of a restaurant or a retail store, a hotel housekeeping team, a marketing campaign team, or a sales team for a specific product.

There is no limit for the number of submissions from each major operating group: Jardine Pacific, Jardine Motors, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Hongkong Land, Dairy Farm, Mandarin Oriental, Jardine Cycle & Carriage and Astra International. The CEO of the operating group will determine the number of entries and which projects should be entered to best represent the achievements of the Group.
